Leadership, Ethics and Decision Making: (Specialization Area: Management)

Participants will learn decision making processes and a variety of leadership theories and what attracts people to leadership positions through various curriculum materials.

Based upon a leadership styles inventory, the students will learn the differents types of styles available in their communities. The participants will review an inventory scale and will be exposed to the various attributes associated with leadership styles.

The participants will be provided a model for leadership through association with a local leader to determine those traits that are demonstrative of good leadership attributes.
