Enhance your leadership skills to prepare for a leadership role in your Tribe.

This course identifies current perceptions of tribal government (traditional consensus governance vs. systems of recent origin), and reviews communication styles, especially as they impact tribal consensus building.

Group dynamics is studied as basis of understanding governance systems as well as objectively and fairly resolving problems that will help provide sovereign governance of your Tribe.
