Development of planning skills along with knowledge of legislative systems and legislative powers in order to more effectively serve the future of your tribe.

Leadership is studied as well as group membership and community citizenship as they relate to effective participation in tribal and non-tribal governments, corporations and businesses.

The rol of multiple identities may be explored as individuals on the reservation are not only United States Citizens, but tribal members and leaders as well. Role identification and expression will be discussed.
